Every item sold by Again & Rare is inspected and authenticated by our expert team before dispatch.
This guarantee has no time limit.
Changed your mind? You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received — unused and with all original packaging, dust bag, and any accompanying certificates.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the return is due to an error on our part or an authenticity issue.
- Email us at hello@againrare.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within one business day with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Items returned after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Items showing signs of use beyond the condition described at time of purchase are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
